ON HOLD POLICY

A member may place their membership on hold via the on hold link for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 3 months. The total time member can place a membership on hold is 3 months per calendar year.

Placing a membership on hold does not reduce the total amount of full debits required under the membership, it simply freezes the membership while they are absent.

All membership payments must be up-to-date at the time of the Application. An account in arrears is unable to be suspended.

Any On-Hold Applications must be made in advance. No refunds will be possible for unapproved or undocumented requests, irrespective of the attendance at the Facility or lack thereof.

While the membership is on-hold the direct debits will be reduced to $10 per fortnight.

It is the responsibility of the member to diarise the dates of the On-Hold Application and contact the Studio should an extension be required.
